The hotel met requests, I loved its lovely location and really friendly and attentive staff. Location: the venue was just off the centre of the site as well as the clubhouse: D

The staff was attentive - we would come here again. The weather was lovely, had SUCH GREAT stay for our Birthday celebration. The breakfast had a wide range of delicious food and drinks.
Nothing to be said.

Lovely location, quiet & peaceful. Clean, comfortable & great value. Close to good food options & exciting museum. Play park & clubhouse. Roomy caravan, parking. Ideal location near local facilities. Modern, good shower with hot water. Had smoke & carbon-monoxide detectors. Clean & comfortable for short break. Near shower/toilet block. Informed about potential noise during school holidays.

Title: Great for Business, One Minor Setback
One service that I missed for my work was access to a printer. It would have been convenient to have a printer available on-site for any last-minute printing needs.

Modern caravan with good sized shower. Gas boiler provided plenty of hot water. Hard-wired smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors for safety. Lovely, quiet location. Clean and comfortable caravan at a great value. Close to Shepherd and Shepherdess Inn and exciting Beamish Museum.

Play park for the kids, clubhouse for the adults. Roomy caravan. Parking. Ideal location away from the busy streets but close enough to travel to the local facilities.
Late night and early morning noise. Cleanliness of the caravan was poor.

I must say, the location of the holiday park was quite convenient. It was nestled in a wooded area, perfect for exploration and also dog-friendly. Additionally, the caravan we stayed in was spacious and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable accommodation experience. However, these positives were overshadowed by the negative aspects of the park.
I recently had a disappointing Easter stay at a holiday park in Stanley. the noise levels were unbearable due to rowdy campers who were allowed to disturb the peace and use offensive language without any intervention from the staff.

The location of the holiday park was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. We were able to explore the surrounding area and visit the nearby Shepherd and Shepherdess Inn, which offered delicious meals at reasonable prices. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the park was also a plus, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay.
There were several negative aspects to our experience. the facilities at the park were quite poor.

This holiday park is located in a picturesque area, with lovely views and a safe environment for children to play. We were pleased with the spacious and warm caravans that were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the discount voucher for the nearby museum. The clubhouse provided a nice place to relax, with a good selection of drinks and activities for kids. The site also had facilities like a children's park and a deer-watching spot in the field.
The walk to the nearest pub might not be ideal in bad weather conditions.

The location of the holiday park is ideal for those wanting to explore Newcastle, Durham, and the surrounding attractions. It offers easy access to major cities and tourist spots, making it convenient for business travelers. the park is situated in a tidy and well-maintained area, providing a pleasant environment for guests.
The toilet facilities at the park are not up to par. According to reviews, the maintenance of the existing facilities is lacking, with broken tiles in the shower, showers without temperature control, and cramped cubicles.
